The Role
* Provide ongoing training to the team
* Supervise bar & floor staff
* Assist in functions
* Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
* Lead by example and mentor, train and guide new colleagues
* Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
* Permanent position
About you
* Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Must hold valid RSA
* Valid working rights in Australia
