Your opportunityTrade Retail Assistant's are responsible for interfacing with our customers both face to face and via email and phone in Far North Queensland.
In this role you will be tasked with order entry, stock checks, stock replenishment, order enquiries and deliveries to our local customers.
Here's what you'll achieve here:Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our customersGain a broad knowledge on materials, hardware and tools utilised in a wide range of building industriesGain an understanding of Safe Work Practices and how safety is an every moment thought for us.What you'll bringA positive, can-do attitudeA willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledgeAbility to lift heavy items; at times 20kg+Strong computer skillsAn understanding of what good customer service looks and feels like Although not essential, it would be great if you have...Experience in Cabinetry or Architectural hardwareA current forklift licenceAn open Australian Drivers Licence But what's most important is that you're committed to doing good work, well.
