What You’ll Be Doing Inspire, lead, coach and develop team leaders and specialists to achieve strong individual and team performance Create a positive, high-performing team culture focused on engagement and professional growth Oversee daily operations to ensure service delivery targets and client expectations are met Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to optimise results Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client partners Provide regular updates on team and account performance Manage attendance, performance and behavioural processes when required Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and security requirements Maintain accurate documentation and manage workforce updates through HR systems such as Workday Support employee wellbeing and maintain a safe working environment What You Bring We’re looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with strong emotional intelligence. Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing teams Strong operational management and problem-solving skills The ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Confidence managing complex people matters professionally and objectively Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities Advanced computer and systems navigation skills across multiple platforms Experience in contact centre, customer experience or large-scale service operations environments will be highly regarded.
