We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Infection Control Coordinator, responsible for maintaining our infection prevention and control programs.
* Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control throughout the hospital environment.
* Provide expert guidance and support to clinical and non-clinical departments on infection control practices.
* Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement effective infection control strategies.
About You/Qualifications
* Registered Nurse status with current AHPRA registration.
* Experience in Infection Control or a demonstrated commitment to enhancing Infection Control skills.
* Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to motivate and support colleagues in their professional development.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Postgraduate qualification in Infection Prevention & Control is desirable but not essential.
