The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of recruitment and onboarding activities, manage contracts, and support the rollout of Employment Hero. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in stakeholder management, comfortable working in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment, and able to hit the ground running.
What you'll be doing:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including contracts.
- Supporting the implementation of Employment Hero (templates, policies, processes).
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to meet hiring needs.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR administration and processes.
Your Profile
- Solid HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Employment Hero experience (implementation highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to blue-collar or agribusiness environments desirable.
