All-Jacks Fencing is a rapidly growing fencing company based in South Brisbane. We are seeking a motivated Junior or Entry-Level Fencing Estimator to join our team. Whether you are just starting out in the fencing or construction industry, or you're an experienced installer ready to transition off the tools, this role offers a clear pathway into estimating with full training and support provided.
About the Role
As a Junior Fencing Estimator, you will receive hands-on training while supporting the estimating and operations function. You will report directly to the Company Director and work closely with estimators, installers, and administration to learn the full estimating process from site inspection through to job handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with site inspections and measurements
* Learn to prepare accurate fencing and gate estimates and quotations
* Support client communication and follow-up on quotes
* Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and administration
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation
* Progressively take ownership of estimates as your skills develop
Who We're Looking For
* Junior candidates looking to start a career in estimating
* Installers or tradespeople ready to transition off the tools
* Background in fencing, construction, landscaping, or similar industries
* Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* White Card (General Construction Safety Induction)
