You will help high-performing adults beat brain fog with proper assessment, targeted plans and measurable progress. No conveyor belt. The offer at a glance
Engagement:
Independent contractor (ABN) under a simple services agreement
$160 per 30min consult
Flex:
Fully remote. You set your hours.
What you will do
Conduct telehealth consultations with adults experiencing cognitive fog
Order and interpret targeted diagnostics; integrate results into clear assessments
Develop personalised plans across lifestyle, sleep, metabolic and neuro-cognitive drivers
Initiate and monitor evidence-informed therapies, including patient-specific compounded peptide-based options when clinically appropriate under Australian guidelines, with dispensing via Australian pharmacies
Apply inclusion/exclusion, monitoring and stop criteria; document concise notes and consents; elevate or refer when needed
Stay current with emerging brain-health / regenerative & longevity literature; contribute insights to our brief case rounds
How we work
Safety & compliance:
AHPRA-registered prescribers only. No prescribing without adequate history and diagnostics. Compliant by design platform and SOPs.
Clinical autonomy:
You practise independently within practice guardrails. Peer support available.
Zero admin drag:
One secure platform for intake, results, telehealth, notes & eRx. We handle bookings, payments, results chasing and pharmacy coordination
About you
AHPRA-registered GP with at least 5 years experience
Strong interest in brain health and the common primary-care drivers of cognitive symptoms; confident, generalist clinical judgement
Excellent telehealth communication and crisp, defensible documentation
Open to regenerative / metabolic & hormone-related care and comfortable considering TRT/HRT or peptide options when indicated and compliant
Time commitment
Start with 8 to 20 consults per week. Scale up or down as suits.
Pilot will run for 2 months with longer term opportunities to follow.

Are you currently registered with AHPRA?
Have you worked with regenerative medicine, TRT, peptides, or HRT in the past?
Are you comfortable assessing and, when clinically appropriate, prescribing peptide therapies within Australian guidelines?
