About Us
The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief that drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
At the Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus), our experienced employment teams have been empowering people to find the right job since 1998 as part of the Australian Government's Employment Services network. We've worked with over 200,000 businesses across Australia and seen well over half a million Australians successfully placed in employment.
At Employment Plus, we drive high performance with a forward-thinking, results-driven culture that you will be proud to be a part of. Whilst we are a not-for-profit organisation with a strong dedication to helping people find work, we operate in a highly competitive market and aim to exceed targets.
Based at our Queanbeyan site, your role will involve working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them in overcoming barriers to employment and transitioning into the workforce.
