Medical Receptionist (Radiology)
Katherine Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Medical Imaging Receptionist to become an integral part of our front desk team.
Located in Katherine, NT, our privately owned radiology practice has proudly served the community since 2011 as the sole and inaugural private provider of diagnostic imaging services in the region.
We are a modern, patient-focused clinic committed to delivering high-quality medical imaging in a compassionate, professional, and efficient environment. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively to ensure every patient receives an exceptional level of care and service.
As a Medical Receptionist, the successful applicant will work as a vital member of the team:
* Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
* Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
* Liaising with patient referrers, allied health and third parties
* General administrative and reception duties

* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
* Confidence working across multiple screens and systems
* Valid Australian work rights are required for this position
