We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Customer Service Assistant role.
This position will be based in-person at our office, with the flexibility to work varying hours as the business grows.
 * Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
 * Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone or live chat
 * Assisting with providing products and services that meet customer needs
 * Managing general office administration such as filing, archiving, mailing, and handling incoming mail and phone messages in line with company guidelines
 * Ensuring customers have a smooth and positive shopping experience
 * Willingness to assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team
Previous customer service experience is essential, along with strong communication and attention to detail. A friendly, approachable attitude and ability to work well in a small team is also required.
