Job Title: Retention Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team of two, collaborating with the CEO and senior leaders.
* Leverage advanced data analytics and CRM tools to develop impactful strategies.
* Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies across the customer lifecycle.
* Owning the customer journey to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
* Work cross-functionally to enhance overall customer experience and messaging consistency.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative retention strategies.
Data Analysis and Campaign Optimization:
* Monitor and report on key customer metrics to senior leadership.
* Analyze customer behavior and create predictive models for segmentation and churn reduction.
* Optimize Braze utilization for personalized, data-driven campaigns.
* Integrate additional communication channels like push notifications and in-app messaging.
* Conduct A/B testing and develop automated campaigns based on predictive models.
Requirements:
* Recognized tertiary marketing qualifications.
* 4+ years in retention marketing, with 2+ years in a management role.
* Proven track record in churn reduction and retention strategies, driving ROI.
* Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Braze, with experience in optimizing retention campaigns.
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
* Experience in customer lifecycle management, with a continuous drive for improved performance.
* Solution-focused with the ability to influence decision-making at an executive level.
