Ready to take your skills in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to the next level? At ORS, we’re expanding our PBS division and are on the lookout for our next driven and compassionate clinician to join our incredible team.
About the Role
You’ll join a national team of 300 practitioners working with NDIS participants aged 0–65. Your work will span early intervention, school-aged children, adolescents, and adults with diverse presentations and disability types.
You’ll have the privilege of building lasting relationships with your clients over months or even years—supporting their growth, celebrating their achievements, and making a real impact every day.
Your role will include:
- Collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers, and families to deliver the best outcomes
- Assessing and observing challenging behaviours to improve emotional regulation and introduce replacement behaviours
- Developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans that enhance skills, independence, and overall quality of life
- Providing training, ongoing support, and reviews to ensure sustainable outcomes

✅ What You’ll Need
- Degree qualifications in either Psychology, Counselling, Behaviour Analysis (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing, or similar fields
- Experience working with individuals with ASD, ID, or other complex needs (desirable)
- Driver’s licence and own car
- Relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain): National Police Check, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
