Senior Site Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a high-end, multi-storey residential project in the Wollongong region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising high-rise or multi-level luxury residential builds, with a strong understanding of Class 2 construction and NCC/BCA compliance.
As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and program milestones are achieved across the project.
You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality outcome.
The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and focus on quality finishes and client satisfaction.
A relevant building trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management is preferred, along with current White Card and relevant site supervision tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across the project.
* Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance.
* Oversee construction schedules and drive project delivery to meet key milestones.
* Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with building codes and WHS standards.
* Liaise with Project Management and Design teams to resolve site issues efficiently.
