The Program Manager will be a valued member of the Infant Child and Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS). The successful applicant will ensure that ICYMHS and their staff are committed to working collaboratively, respectfully in providing excellent and accountable high quality mental health care. The ICYMHS Manager is responsible for the day-to-day business and operations of all ICYMHS programs to ensure that clinical services are provided in a safe and timely manner. The ICYMHS Manager will work closely with the Operational Director - Community Mental Health to further best practice in the service. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Registration with AHPRA or eligibility for practising membership of the relevant professional association
Extensive clinical mental health experience
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programs effectively and efficiently
Comprehensive knowledge of service delivery applied within a community mental health setting, with understanding of the complexities for rural mental health practitioners

AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga. Mental Health Services at Albury Wodonga Health
AWH is an Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, providing mental health treatment, care and support, including delivering Alcohol and Other Drugs services. We deliver 10 specialised community-based programs, along with three acute care services and three facilities dedicated to recovery and rehabilitation. We also provide services supporting families coping with parental mental illness and facilitating connections to carer consultants.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing teams comprise mental health clinicians with a background in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, and psychology, all of whom have experience in helping people through a range of therapies. The diversity of our service provides a range of experiences for our team and will assist you in expanding and embedding your clinical practice skills.
