We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Principal Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key influencer and a trusted advisor, providing deep technical leadership and guidance across multiple teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term technical vision, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and sustainable for the communities we serve.

* Contribute to transformative, large-scale initiatives and share your knowledge across different teams and domains.
* Represent the engineering voice in strategic discussions, influencing decisions that have a real impact.

To be successful in the role you will have: …
* Highly skilled and hands-on experience in developing enterprise-wide large scale digital products with high quality meeting business outcomes and group strategy.
* Uplifting and maturing release and environment management strategies, tooling, processes.
* A passion for software architecture, distributed systems, and creating thoughtful, large-scale platform designs.
* A collaborative spirit with experience leading and influencing technical direction in complex environments.
* A natural ability to communicate complex ideas and build strong, positive relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.
* A desire to lead through mentorship and coaching, empowering others and sharing your knowledge.
