About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to bring meaningful training to life, empowering employees of all abilities to thrive at work. As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, you will create and deliver practical, inclusive training that inspires growth and confidence.
Your Responsibilities
* Create and deliver vocational skills training that builds confidence and helps people live the lives they choose
* Collaborate with external RTOs to support specialist training and traineeships
* Design and implement inclusive training programs that cater to diverse needs
* Travel regularly to support teams across Northern NSW and South East Queensland regions
Requirements
* Cert IV TAE40116 (Trainer & Assessor) or suitable equivalent qualification
* 5+ years' experience in learning design and delivery
* Experience working alongside people with disability or willingness to learn
* A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel
* Ideal experience delivering accredited training in First Aid & CPR, Construction Industry White Card, Food Safety, Chem Smart / Weed Control, and Chainsaw
