About the role
The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of business and discipline support tasks. This role plays a vital part in supporting local office disciplines to achieve their service objectives by providing consistent and holistic administrative support.
The Administrative Officer will report to the designated Business Support Partner for day-to-day line management and will work closely with their assigned discipline team in providing seamless and cohesive administrative assistance.

Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
Remuneration
ASO2 $58,709 - $63,154 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
