About you:
In your new role you will……
* Provide quality social work services for consumers of the Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Service (AAMHIS).
* You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team who will work collaboratively to deliver quality clinical care that is conducive to the dignity and wellbeing of consumers and their support networks.
* Apply professional judgement to a clinical caseload, following routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence
About your opportunity:
In this position you will…..
* Utilise communication and interpersonal skills to develop professional and multidisciplinary partnerships to achieve quality clinical service outcomes, applying conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
* Actively participate in professional and multidisciplinary team meetings, including clinical case conferences, departmental and Hospital and Health Service meetings.
* Enhance clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and facilitating, when required, professional development activities
