About The Role
Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a part‐time Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is up to 60 hours per fortnight, with flexible days and hours to suit the right person and the needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, issue, and manage employment contracts and documentation.
* Monitor compliance requirements, including renewals and record keeping.
* Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers.
* Support end‐to‐end recruitment processing, including advertising, pre‐employment compliance screening, and reference checks.
* Coordinate onboarding and off‐boarding processes for employees.
* Monitor and report on mandatory training compliance.
* Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date employee records and databases.
* Provide backup support for payroll administration as required.
What You Bring
* Previous experience in an HR administrator or similar role
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements
* Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (desirable)
* Aged care or similar industry experience highly regarded
