FP&A Manager (Melbourne) Lead financial planning, insights and reporting across a growing, premium brand. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across the Koko Black Group. This is a critical role with high exposure across the business, working closely with our CFO, Corporate Sales, Finance Business Partners, and Executive Leadership Team to support decision-making, commercial performance and long-term growth. Your Key Responsibilities As FP&A Manager, you will take ownership of financial planning and performance reporting for the group, providing critical commercial insights to support business strategy and operations. You’ll: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across all departments Consolidate inputs into robust group-wide budgets, plans and scenario models Prepare clear and insightful monthly management reports and executive packs Provide commercial analysis and decision support for the Corporate Sales (B2B) team Partner cross-functionally to align finance with operational metrics and drivers Improve reporting systems, templates and dashboards — championing automation and accuracy Drive consistent governance, methodology and process improvements across the finance function About You Strong FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment Commercially minded with excellent communication and business partnering skills Expert in forecasting, modelling and reporting (ERP exposure highly regarded) Ability to interpret numbers and translate them into clear, strategic insights Collaborative, systems-focused, and proactive in driving improvement Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting or related field Ready to Make an Impact?
