Business Development Representative
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to fuel our growth in Australia. This role is for a closer – someone with determination, grit, and sales instinct to open doors, drive negotiations, and win new business.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and own a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through aggressive outreach and follow-up strategies.
* Deliver persuasive sales pitches that translate our unique value into tangible business outcomes.
* Negotiate confidently and close deals with enterprise stakeholders.
* Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Requirements
* Cultural affinity & fluency in English are essential.
* Based in Australia.
* Proven B2B hunter sales experience (2–5 years minimum) with a strong record of closing deals and smashing targets.
* Prior exposure to the solar or renewable energy sector is a big plus.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
