Responsibilities
* Collaborate with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute, and track impactful monthly marketing initiatives to promote the Growatt brand.
* Plan, execute, and evaluate 3rd party events, trade show sponsorships, as well as Growatt or distributor-hosted events and localized client/customer forums.
* Support sales teams and distributors with project technical proposals, workshops, webinars, and product demonstrations.
* Enhance the capability of sales teams and local distributors through continuous training and technical consultancy.
* Collect field market intelligence and support new product development or upgrades; define and implement new product go-to-market strategies; create local‐language marketing materials and videos for product promotion.
* Maintain long‐term cooperative relationships with field distributors and channel customers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* Active, conscientious, and responsible; strong teamwork and communication skills; proficient in task planning and achieving targets.
* 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, service, or pre‐sales technical roles; familiar with solar industry market, PV inverters, energy storage products, and applications; able to communicate professionally with distributors and end users.
* Willingness to travel frequently for business.
