About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Open Cut Examiner to join our client in the Mackay region.
You'll build effective working relationships with various stakeholders within the mining operation, and play an integral role in the management of site procedures.
You'll focus on ensuring a safe workplace by ensuring mining activities follow these procedures, and help develop and improve risk assessments, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You'll participate in incident investigations, and site emergency mitigation planning.

About You
You have demonstrated experience supervising and leading a team to deliver against targets.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with genuine respect for your co-workers allow you to form robust working relationships.
QLD Open Cut Examiner (OCE) ticket
Supervisory qualifications (S1/S2/S3/G2)
Coal Board Medical
