WE ARE HIRING Administration & Marketing Team Member We are seeking a bubbly, driven, positive and helpful administration and marketing manager to join our team and work closely with the owners over their growing businesses. Hours 4 day week, potential to increase to 5 days for right employee. Location Currently based from home in Cooroy. We ask you to work a minimum 2 days in office at Cooroy and the rest can be done from home for now. The Role The role combines administrative jobs, calendar and email management for managers, invoicing, marketing and compliance. You’ll manage social media, assist with payroll and tender writing & OHS. You will work alongside the owners and their clients to make sure projects run smoothly and processes are put in place to do so. Attending events and meetings on our behalf or alongside. Skills Experience with Xero is essential. OH&S Experience would be an advantage. Facebook Ads, linkedIn, Google Business, SEO Experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must Loyal and team orientated with a strong wish to grow with the business. Ability to be flexible yet organised. Qualifications and Experience. Administrative or business management. Paid online marketing experience. Working closely and managing relations with government organisations.
