Job Description
Join our high‐performing team at Essendon Fields as a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant. This role is open to either full-time or part‐time arrangements, making it ideal for someone seeking balance while still playing a key role in a dynamic property environment. You'll be the trusted "go‐to" person who keeps everyday operations running seamlessly, supporting campaigns, client service, and overall team effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
* Prepare high‐quality reports, submissions and client documentation
* Support marketing and campaign activity (InDesign/Canva skills highly regarded)
* Coordinate team diaries, meetings and internal communications
* Manage invoicing, billing and general financial administration
* Maintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team resources
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient workflows
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency across Microsoft Office; design capability an advantage
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience in team support, administration or a similar coordination role
