Guest Service Agent
We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
* Welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring a seamless check-in process
* Managing guest bookings and taking payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations to enhance their stay
* Being the trusted contact for our guests, addressing any concerns or issues they may have
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities
* Availability to work a rotating roster, including shifts on weekends and Public Holidays
* Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
* Literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
