Practice Information
Bulk billing, solo practice. Newly opened practice to service Burnett Heads area.
Position Description
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. Conducting patient consultations for acute and chronic illnesses. Performing routine health checks and screenings (e.g., blood pressure, diabetes, skin checks). Prescribing medications and providing treatment plans. Managing chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Providing preventative care such as vaccinations and lifestyle advice. Referring patients to specialists when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
* MBBS, FRACGP.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions.
* Knowledge of prescribing medications and treatment guidelines.
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals.
