We are looking to add to the team. The Marketing and Brand Coordinator acts as the key in‐house link between Black Duck, our external marketing partners and our customers. They will be charged with maintaining brand consistency, coordinating content and social activity, supporting campaign delivery, and ensuring marketing materials are accurate, current and aligned with business priorities.

Previous experience in the automotive industries with a love of adventure is a definite bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate execution of the Black Duck marketing calendar across digital, content, reseller and events.
Manage social media accounts including planning, scheduling, engagement and reporting.
Coordinate creation and organisation of marketing content (imagery, video, educational and ambassador content).
Support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print.
Act as primary liaison with external agencies and marketing partners.
Support email marketing and CRM campaigns including assets, segmentation and follow‐up.
Coordinate website updates including product, campaign and content pages.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Develop and manage marketing collateral, templates and reseller support assets.
Provide marketing support to resellers, partners and brand ambassadors.
Liaise with media, suppliers and partners on campaigns and deliverables.
Maintain marketing documentation, assets and project timelines.
Support trade shows and events including materials and on‐site coordination.
Qualifications
Certificate IV or Diploma in Marketing qualification or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications or marketing coordination.
Experience working with external suppliers or agencies is desirable.
Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing/content platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Adobe, DaVinci Resolve and website or digital content platforms.
