Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project documents using electronic systems and databases
* Develop and implement document control plans and procedures
* Administer system infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors
* Maintain integrity of version control, access permissions, and adherence to industry standards
* Train and support teams, foster collaboration among stakeholders
* Monitor workflows, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Extensive experience managing electronic documents and records systems
* In-depth knowledge of document management systems, version control, and compliance with quality standards
* Understanding of project lifecycles, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
* Strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
This is a fixed-term position requiring a valid driver's licence, ability to obtain necessary certifications, and experience in construction or engineering environments.
