Who We're Looking For
* Trainees / Entry‐Level Applicants
o Positive attitude and willingness to learn
o Strong communication and people skills
o Motivated to build a successful long‐term career
o Skilled presentation and strong work ethic
o Sales, hospitality or retail experience highly regarded
* Experienced Sales Consultants
o Proven success in automotive or retail sales
o Strong negotiation and closing ability
o Self‐driven and motivated by targets and commissions
o Ability to build long‐term customer relationships
o Experience generating leads through social media highly regarded
Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence essential
* Availability to work Monday to Saturday with a rostered RDO
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced dealership environment
Your Role Will Include
* Assisting customers in selecting the right new or used vehicle
* Following proven dealership sales processes
* Building repeat business and referral opportunities
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Working closely with Finance, Aftermarket and Delivery teams
