What We're Looking For
* Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Your Day-to-Day
* Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Arrange repairs and maintenance
* Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
* Induct new renters and liaise with clients
* Handle general property management and admin tasks
* Customer-focused with a confident phone manner
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
* Career-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
