The roleReporting to the Senior Program Manager, Australian Teletrial Program National Office, Office of Research and Innovation you will:
- Provide detailed financial, accounting and contractual advice and support to the Director of the Australian Teletrial Program National Office.
- Assist in maintaining the Australian Teletrial Program budget and actuals, including acquittals from Program partners.
- Prepare timely high-quality performance reports, budgets, forecasts, and identify available funding and advice in relation to other financial management issues.
- Maintain and prepare reports according to a rigid reporting cycle.
- Access systems, analyse and present data in useable and accessible formats, provide recommendations and expert advice in relation to key performance indicators.
- Maintain a detailed working knowledge of the Finance Management Practice Manual (FMPM), Financial Accountability Act 2009, Department of Health Financial and Procurement Delegations and other relevant financial policies and practices.
- Assist the Director of the Australian Teletrial Program National Office by the identification and reporting on areas for improvement and recommend, negotiate, and implement enhancements to existing practices.
