About This Position
As a key member of our team, you will support the successful completion of complex high-risk projects by providing technical expertise and guiding a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver projects of a complex nature.
* Provide technical expertise to support the development of safe, well-considered, and innovative solutions.
* Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
* Chartered member (CPEng) of Institution of Engineers Australia.
* At least 15 years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong understanding of the industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and mentor staff.
