About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team for a limited tenure from 12 December **** to 1 February ****.
In this role, you will work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to provide wound care, medication management and clinical support for clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
provide person-centred nursing care in clients' homes
administer medications
undertake wound care and management
complete clinical assessments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
About You
experience in community, aged care or home care nursing (preferred)
strong communication, clinical and assessment skills
compassionate, client-focused approach
current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
valid working rights in Australia
current National Police Check
willingness to travel throughout the Coffs Harbour region to visit clients
AHPRA registration (RN or EN)
Relevant qualification: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Diploma of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing.
