Position Description:
The Administration Manager & Student Support Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of Vivid College and providing high-quality support services to students. The role ensures efficient office operations, accurate records, regulatory compliance, and a positive, supportive student experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. General Administration Management
2. Oversee day-to-day administration functions of the College.
3. Develop, implement and maintain efficient administrative systems, processes and workflows.
4. Ensure reception and office functions are managed in a professional and timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and administrative records in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
6. Coordinate filing, archiving and document control for student and compliance records.
7. Student Administration
8. Process student applications, enrolments, re-enrolments, deferrals, withdrawals and completions in accordance with College policies and procedures.
9. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the student management system (e.g. personal details, enrolment status, attendance, course progress and completions).
10. Prepare and issue offers, Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) where applicable, timetables, letters and completion documents.
11. Support trainers/assessors and management with student-related administration as required.
