Tropical Auto Group is seeking an experienced GWM & Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead two fast-growing departments within our multi-franchise dealership.
We're looking for a robust leader with proven automotive sales management experience and an exceptional customer service background.
About the Role
- Lead and develop a team of sales consultants
- Drive performance across both GWM and Used Vehicles
- Manage stock, pricing, reconditioning, and presentation
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain high standards
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with senior management and manufacturer partners
About You
- Experienced automotive sales manager (new, used, or both)
- Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales management experience required
- Strong customer service background with a hands-on leadership style
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and improving team performance
- Confident communicator with excellent people management skills
- Solid understanding of stock management and reconditioning processes
- Australian work rights are required for this position
