Retail Team Leader – Repco Rosebud – Full Time
Location: Rosebud, Victoria, Australia
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays.
* Manage planograms and create a high‐standard showroom presentation.
* Demonstrate emerging leadership abilities, especially in creating appealing shopping experiences for Repco customers.
* Showcase exceptional merchandising and presentation skills.
* Enforce a safety culture for yourself, teammates, and customers.
* Assist with occasional deliveries.
* Collaborate with office guidance and inter‐store support for merchandise, planograms, and store standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
* Leadership abilities (emerging or established) with ambition.
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with the manager.
* Valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
* Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal).
* Ability to lift, bend and climb.
