As Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our executive operations—supporting the chairman and senior leaders as they drive the ongoing growth and success of our diverse enterprises.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative assistance to executives, including calendar and email management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.Review, interpret, and summarise financial reports, budgets, and performance statements for the executive team. 
Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare concise summaries and briefings.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, auditors, and business partners, ensuring effective and accurate information flow.Collate and analyse financial data and reports, draft agendas and material for reading, preparation for meetings and detailed minute taking.Handle sensitive financial and business information with the utmost discretion and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.Proactively ensure smooth executive office operations by anticipating needs, supporting workflow, managing information, and preparing detailed financial reports.Provide comprehensive support to the Chairman, including driving to meetings, events, and site visits, with some interstate travel as required.Essential to the RoleProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a financial or corporate environment.Strong financial literacy, with the ability to read, interpret, and summarise financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators.Exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is highly regarded.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.High level of Emotional Intelligence and a good sense of humour.Desirable QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience working in an Australian corporate or financial services environment.How to ApplyTo apply, please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to the email address below.
