What You'll Do: Lead the kitchen from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing operations Develop and design a refined, innovative menu aligned with our brand. Lead the research and procurement of locally grown and sustainably sourced produce. This includes building partnerships with local farmers, visiting markets and producers, and developing a menu that reflects the rhythm of the seasons. Build, inspire, and manage a talented culinary team Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and supplier relationships Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency collaborate with Owner and Venue Manager on concept development and ongoing evolution About You: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to work well within the team. Have a positive Team driven attitude. Understanding of costing, food safety, and kitchen management best practices.
