Healthy Pool Expert
We are seeking an experienced pool technician to deliver healthy pools to our clients while providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:
* Deliver healthy pools using the right equipment
* Repair common pool issues such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators
* Provide friendly, professional service educating clients on pool care
* Accurately log job details and water test results
* Work independently building strong relationships with regular clients
Requirements:
* Current drivers licence (car provided)
* Consent to a police clearance check
* Physical capability to lift and carry equipment up to 25kg
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Demonstrated experience with water chemistry and pool balance testing
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment including pumps, filters, and chlorinators
* Permanent right to work in Australia
* Willingness to work in Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine areas
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Performing routine maintenance tasks on pool equipment
* Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
