The Role:
As our Sales Manager for Sheds, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sheds sales team, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support the sheds sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base.
Oversee customer enquiries, quotations, and sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Provide solutions to continuously improve our systems, processes.
About You:
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a proven track record in sales management—ideally in sheds, construction, or related industries.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales management and working with KPI's and sales targets
Proven experience excelling in developing positive relationships with customers and clients
Experience in sheds, construction, or building products
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to read and interpret building plans.
High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Current driver's licence and White Card
