The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and professional Property & Commercial Lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join our expanding Brisbane team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of property and commercial transactions, developing your skills in a supportive environment. You will collaborate closely with Cyril and our senior team members, gaining invaluable experience. ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial property transactions, including drafting contracts, leases, and overseeing settlements Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders Managing residential and off-the-plan conveyancing files Draft and review commercial agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and other legal documentation Conduct property searches, due diligence, and assist with settlement procedures Provide legal advice on property development, leasing, and corporate transactions Support senior lawyers in legal research, strategy, and client consultations Support and supervise junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services Qualifications2+ years PQE in property and/or commercial law Proven experience managing property and commercial files independently Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and client service skills Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
