We're looking for a Retail Leader to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving store results.
Our ideal candidate has experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in coaching and developing teams and individuals. They have a genuine love and understanding of the brand and are able to confidently lead, motivate and engage their team.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and skills in retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management and shrink. They will also have 3+ years of retail or leadership experience and full AU working rights.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our head office team to drive sales and maximize profitability. You'll also be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team to help them grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities
