We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join our People, Culture & Client Experience (PCCX) Business Support Team.
In this role, you will report to the PCCX Business Support Lead and will be part of the team that provides provide business support to the People & Culture team in ANZ while working collaboratively across the team to provide support more broadly across PCCX.
In this role, you will be providing support such as, but not limited to:
- Daily and monthly reporting, including auditing and maintenance of SharePoint sites, internal intranet, staff training and organisational charts
- Diary management of People & Culture leadership team
- Coordination of P&C leadership team activities (e.g. organising agendas for key calls, coordinating, room and zoom bookings etc)
- Assisting to organise PCCX events
- Amex reconciliations and invoicing
- Staff Technology orders - laptops, mobiles, SIM cards and software licenses
- Working on systems such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur and Coupa or similar systems
- Tracking and set-up of new starters and internal transfers
- Booking domestic/international travel
- Other office administration tasks and ad hoc tasks that arise e.g. floor restacks / Moments that Matter occupancy organisation
- Be curious about what is happening for the PCCX team (internally and externally) to bring ideas on how to continue to improve experiences and outcomes
- Identify and implement process efficiencies across business support
- Involvement in "ad hoc" Business Management Team projects, as required
