I'm seeking a Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs for technical and operational teams, with a particular focus on supporting physicists, scientists, and technical specialists. This role also involves researching innovative training methods and technologies while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse training needs and develop tailored learning solutions for classroom, online, and blended delivery, specifically for technical roles such as physicists and scientists.
* Create instructional materials, guides, and communication tools for trainees and instructors.
* Manage end-to-end training projects, maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
* Advise on the use of technologies to enhance learning and ensure delivery is feasible and effective.
* Ensure all training programs comply with WHS, EEO, Diversity.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.
* Experience designing learning programs in technical, operational, or corporate environments.
* Developing training specifically for technical audiences, including physicists, scientists, or highly specialised technical roles.

WFH : 2 days working from home 3 in the office (flexible)
Salary: $130k + super

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and/or Diploma of Training Design & Development (TAE50216) or equivalent.
* 3-5 years' experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
* Skilled in developing content for multiple delivery methods (classroom, online, blended).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
