What's the role?
Based in the Sydney office, in this role grade level 3 we are looking for a Capability and Performance Lead to join our Continuous Improvement and Capability team and support the agenda of our Group Operations teams. You will uplift capability across the Westpac Group and instilling a Performance and Lean Culture focusing on continuous and process improvements. The role will involve facilitation, design & creation of Training Materials and embedding Ways of Working across the Group Customer Operations business. You will drive innovative design and execution of critical training capability and knowledge management frameworks that support the agenda of the team you support.
What do I need?
- Coaching & Facilitation experience
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment
- Experience building new Training content
- Change Management capabilityAnalysis and Problem Solving skills
