Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to strengthen our risk culture and insurance strategy.
This role will support the Group Risk Manager in delivering enterprise risk initiatives, managing insurance programs, and driving compliance across the business.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate risk workshops, ERM system updates, and reporting.
* Lead the rollout of the Enterprise Risk Management platform.
* Manage insurance queries, claims,
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure coverage and compliance.
Requirements
* 1–5 years' experience in risk, insurance, finance, or accounting.
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with sound decision-making and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Understanding of corporate insurance products and risk frameworks.
