The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of a busy Medical Centre. This is a key leadership role where you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our clinical team so they can focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily practice operations, workflow and administration
* Leading, mentoring and supporting front-office and support staff
* Managing HR tasks including rostering, performance and recruitment support
* Monitoring practice performance, KPIs and reporting
* Managing budgets, billing, accounts and supplier relationships
* Ensuring compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards
* Improving processes to enhance patient and team experience
* Acting as the main point of contact for staff, patients and external partners
Skills & experience
* Practice Manager and customer service experience
* Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
* Leadership and collaboration skills
* Ability to develop quality working relationships
* Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
