Job Description:
You'll be working in a customer-centric service environment where your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution will be highly valued.
In this role, you'll provide customer service support across various channels such as live chat, emails and telephone calls. You'll be based in our Service Centre where you'll learn various processes and systems, utilise collaboration tools and process transactions accordingly for internal/external customers.
This is a temporary position that requires living locally to the Parkes or Dubbo office and having the ability to travel to/from the office daily.

* Experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems with ease.
