Job Description

VN & AUS PTY LTD is a labour supply company registered in Victoria, Australia since 2021. We specialize in labour hiring and recruitment solutions, especially for the poultry farming and processing sector. Due to growing demands, we are expanding our team and seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to lead and manage our HR operations from the head office in Maribyrnong.

Key Responsibilities. Advise and support managers on recruitment, selection, induction, training, and deployment of labour force to host organisations.

Support the business needs through the recruitment and onboarding processes, and preservation of labour force. Design and manage system to manage performance to plan, and improve

individual and team performance. Maintaining HR records and manage the business’ date of internal personnel and on-hire workforce.

Represent the organisation in negotiations with employees and potential hires over remuneration and employment conditions. Lead the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and equal

employment opportunity (EEO) program to ensure statutory compliance. Monitor labour costs, productivity, and workforce budgeting. Work with stakeholders to acquire, improve and update knowledge for best

HR practices and ensure legal compliance. Provide training and guidance to on-site supervisors/managers on workplace relations, personnel, and industrial matters

Requirements. Bachelor degree of HR related discipline or Business degree with relevant HR experience.

At least 2 years relevant experience in HR management or related roles. Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, change management, or workforce planning.

High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and a passion for people. Attention to details and accuracy of information.

Team player with leadership skills and progressive approach. Ability to maintain con? dentiality on sensitive matters.

Fluency in another community language will be advantageous Remuneration & Benefits. Competitive salary package: $80, 000 - $90,000 per year + superannuation.

Additional performance bonus Working Conditions. Standard business hours.
